Standard Maintenance
We will come in and perform an audit of your existing environment. We will provide you with a complete analysis of where you are at today as well as proffer recommendations for security optimization and disaster recovery. If appropriate, depending on your company’s goals, we will help you plan your systems growth and accompanying budget.
We will make the necessary systems’ updates and changes as well as perform the required Preventive Maintenance.
As needed, we will perform standard systems’ maintenance to ensure continued high-level performance.
For example, Standard Systems’ Maintenance includes such tasks as:
- Network monitoring service
- PC cleanup
- Monitoring and defragmentation of hard drives
- Update of virus protection software definitions
- Checking for and installing any Microsoft critical/non-critical updates
- Checking server event logs for any ‘behind the scenes’ issues
- Optimization and compression of email and Shared Folder files where necessary
- Checking email and Internet logging for errors and bottlenecks
- Running of diagnostic checks on server and network
- Making recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of your IT investment
