Diane A. Lombardi, CEO Iffen
Diane has 30 years of professional experience in the Information Systems and Technology field, domestically
and internationally. Most recently, she has held CIO, CTO, and Sr. Vice President of Operations in the field
of Mortgage Banking. She started her career at Hewlett Packard in the manufacturing and financial programming
areas of the organization where she subsequently joined their management team. She has held key management
positions with leading corporations such as Parke-Davis Pharmaceutical, L’Oreal Cosmetics & Fragrances, and
Dendrite International. Her senior level management experience is very diversified having worked in manufacturing,
finance, marketing, distribution, human resources, sales force automation, Internet start-ups, web design/development,
and E-commerce. She has served as CIO for LPMG and as General Manager for Dendrite International in Barcelona, Spain.
She has taught Information Systems and Technology courses, Undergraduate and Graduate, for the University of Phoenix
Online and teaches for the Title Academy of New Jersey. Diane is the founder and current President of the National
Association of Professional Mortgage Women – NJ/NY Metro Chapter and serves as the Co-Chairman for the MBA-NJ Women’s
Division. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Elizabethtown College and an MBA in Management Information Systems from
Aleksander W. Kalynovych, Partner
Aleks has 24 years of professional experience in the Information Systems and Technology field.
He has held key technical positions with leading corporations such as Siemens Building Technologies, Spectradyne, Antron
Electronics, OptiMed Technologies, SynTact Solutions, and MetroVision, as well as with the United States Navy, where he
also obtained Top Secret security clearance. His experience, both hands-on and managerial, spans all aspects of technology,
including networks, servers, operating systems, PCs, storage, security, optimization, backups, etc. and he is MCSE-certified.
Aleks has also done product development, websites, telephony, and help centers.
